Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your acoustic blinds purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Items must not have been installed or modified
- Custom-made items may have different return policies
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-sized or custom-made acoustic blinds
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without original packaging or tags
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days after we've approved it, please check your payment method and contact your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
9. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
